Organizing many practical activities for union members and workers
Hanoi Many practical activities for union members and workers have been organized by the Trade Union of Toyota Boshoku Hanoi Company in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors.
One of those activities is the Union Meal organized for 1,050 union members and workers. Each meal is worth 80,000 VND, of which 50,000 VND is supported from the Trade Union fund. This activity to care for union members and workers was organized on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. This is an opportunity for the leaders of the Company, the Trade Union and the workers to share and listen to their thoughts and aspirations; at the same time, arousing the spirit of solidarity, understanding, and creating strong trust of the workers in the Trade Union organization.
Previously, the Union and the Company coordinated to organize a Humanitarian Blood Donation Program with the theme "Connecting hearts - Sharing life", attracting the participation of over 300 union members and workers. Thereby demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility, compassion and the tradition of mutual love of the collective of officers and employees of the Company.
In particular, the Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the 2025 Workers' Representative Conference, receiving and discussing more than 20 practical opinions and recommendations from workers.
