Removing difficulties, improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities

Quang Tri - The Provincial Labor Federation will focus on removing difficulties and improving the quality of activities to better care for the lives of union members and workers.

On April 17, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had organized a quarterly meeting to deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2026 for grassroots trade union clusters in Trieu Phong, Ai Tu, Trieu Binh, Trieu Co, Nam Cua Viet communes and Quang Tri, Dong Ha, Nam Dong Ha wards.

At the conference, delegates assessed the results of caring for union members and workers; the organization of employee conferences, signing collective labor agreements; developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; the situation of employment, life and trade union activities at the grassroots level.

The conference also pointed out difficulties and obstacles in practice, thereby proposing solutions to remove them in order to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities in the coming time.

On this occasion, authorized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities.
