Visiting and giving gifts to disadvantaged workers at Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd

On September 25, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. coordinated with the company's Board of Directors to visit, encourage and give gifts to 10 union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances.

The working group included Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union; Ms. Tran Thi Thao - Human Resources Director representing the Board of Directors of the enterprise.

At each family, the delegation kindly visited, encouraged and gave gifts including 2 million VND in cash (Trade Union and enterprise each supported 1 million VND) along with essential gifts. The total cost of care for this period is 20 million VND.

This is an activity that has been held periodically every month for many years, demonstrating the solidarity between the Union and the Board of Directors in caring for the lives of workers.

Going to workers' homes to give gifts not only has material significance but is also a sharing, adding motivation for workers to overcome difficulties and feel secure in sticking with the enterprise.
