Negotiation training for trade union officials in enterprises

Accordingly, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union successfully organized a thematic training on negotiation, signing of collective labor agreements and building democracy regulations at the grassroots level for the Executive Committee, the Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee and grassroots trade unions in the business sector.

At the training class, trade union officials learned core and practical contents on collective bargaining procedures, principles for signing collective labor agreements. Besides, there is a method of building democratic regulations at agencies, units and businesses.

Along with the content, trade union officials also frankly exchanged and discussed practical situations. Through this, the team of grassroots trade union officials was updated and further consolidated with necessary knowledge and skills. From there, it contributed to improving the effectiveness of activities in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers.

This is a very necessary activity, especially when trade union levels are organizing many activities to build an increasingly strong Vietnam Trade Union organization. In which, special attention is paid to the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of union members and workers.
