Professional training for 90 Thai Nguyen trade union officials

On July 6, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a professional training class on trade union work in 2026 for 90 officials who are chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots trade unions in the Northern region of the province.

The training program closely follows the practical activities of trade unions at the grassroots level, combining theory with exchange, discussion and situation handling.

Trainees were taught many topics on the operational skills of grassroots trade union presidents; guidance on the implementation of the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level; dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.

Through the training class, the team of trade union officials is updated with new regulations of labor and trade union law, and at the same time improves skills in caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The training class also contributes to improving practical capacity, meeting the requirements of renovating trade union activities in the new situation.
