Phu Tho has 12 more grassroots unions in established enterprises

Up to now, industrial parks in Phu Tho province have 445 grassroots unions, with 189,000 union members. Of which, Vinh Phuc area has 291 grassroots trade unions, over 108,000 union members, accounting for 58%.

To develop trade union organizations and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, in recent times, the Provincial Federation of Labor has coordinated with relevant agencies to grasp information about enterprises.

Along with that, organize working sessions with business owners and workers to propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's legal policies on the organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Union; mechanisms and policies for workers; organize the establishment of grassroots trade unions in accordance with procedures and regulations.

In addition, promote propaganda and mobilize workers to participate in the Trade Union organization; effectively implement welfare programs for union members to attract workers to voluntarily join the Trade Union organization.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented decisions to establish grassroots unions to 12 enterprises in industrial parks in Vinh Phuc region, including: Voso Hinge Interligenge Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union; NT Vina Co., Ltd.; Net Flex Kovi Co., Ltd.; Coutry Mate Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Amogreen Vina Co., Ltd.; Vietnam Milk and Beverage Joint Stock Company; SYC Green World Co., Ltd.; Nan Chuang Vietnam Mechanical Co., Ltd.; Techle Vina Co., Ltd.; Lida Vietnam Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd. and TH Vinasun Group Joint Stock Company.
