Launching a contest to learn about major resolutions of the Party, Fatherland Front and Trade Union

The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour organizes the online contest "Understanding Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, Resolution of the Party Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Agencies for the 1st time, Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031" (the contest) to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, widely disseminate and bring the Resolutions into life soon.

The launching ceremony of the contest will take place at 1:45 PM on July 6 in the form of live (headquarters of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, No. 10 Chu Van An, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi City) and online at bridge points of Party committees and Party cells directly under the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.

Attending the launching ceremony at the Central bridge point - headquarters of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour - were comrade Ngo Duy Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; comrade Vu Anh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Vice Presidents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour: Thai Thu Xuong, Nguyen Xuan Hung; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; all cadres, party members, union members and employees of departments directly under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and advisory and assisting departments of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour. Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour chaired the launching ceremony at the Central bridge point.

Speaking at the launching ceremony of the contest, Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the VGCL said that each Party Congress opens a new stage of development for the country. The 14th National Congress of the Party has identified strategic orientations, strongly arousing the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, bringing Vietnam firmly into the era of national rise. Continuing that spirit, the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Agencies and the Resolution of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union have concretized the major policies of the Party, affirming the requirement to continue innovating the organization and activities of the Trade Union, building a modern and strong working class, meeting the requirements of national development in the new period. The strength of a resolution is not only in the strategic vision, but is affirmed by the awareness, belief and actions of each cadre, party member, union member and worker.

The Resolution only truly enters life when it is transformed into specific actions, into initiatives, projects, products and daily labor results. "Therefore, the online learning contest launched today is not simply a knowledge contest, but a widespread political activity in the entire Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is an opportunity for each official and union member to study more deeply the resolutions of the Party and the Trade Union organization; consolidate political bravery, raise awareness, and arouse the spirit of innovation, creativity and aspiration to contribute. At the same time, through the digital platform, the contest contributes to innovating propaganda work, bringing the resolution closer to officials, party members, union members and workers in all fields, all job positions in affiliated branches and party committees" - Comrade Vu Anh Duc shared.

To make the contest effective and widely spread, Comrade Vu Anh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor proposed that Party committees of affiliated branches and party committees continue to pay attention to leadership, direction, propaganda, mobilization and consider this as a key task in propaganda and political and ideological education; creating favorable conditions for a large number of officials, party members, union members and workers to actively respond to participate in the Contest. Each union member should participate in the contest with a sense of responsibility, self-learning awareness, seeing this as an opportunity to raise awareness, foster political bravery, creatively apply resolutions to practical work, labor and production. The Organizing Committee of the Contest needs to continue to ensure that the contest is organized objectively, transparently, and effectively apply digital technology to create a convenient, attractive and safe learning environment.
