Mr. Ho Minh Sang re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Mac Leader Vietnam Garment Company
Vinh Long - The Trade Union Congress of Leader Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. for the 2025-2030 term took place on November 22 with 120 delegates attending, representing 2,908 union members.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - attended and directed the 3rd Congress, term 2025 - 2030 of the Trade Union of Leader Vietnam Garment Company Limited.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of mac Leader Garment Company Limited (Vietnam) has performed well the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization, successfully completing the 10 targets set by the Resolution of the Congress for the 2023-2028 term.
Every year on the occasion of Lunar New Year, the Trade Union organizes "Tet Sum Vay" and many cultural and sports activities; has cared for and given gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The union has developed 381 union members, bringing the total to 2,908 union members/3,093 employees, including 2,365 female union members; mobilized to contribute over 120 million VND to the Social Fund and support people affected by storms and floods.
In her speech, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - highly appreciated the efforts of the Trade Union, especially in caring for the lives of union members, creating a safe and friendly working environment... actively contributing to the overall results of the Trade Union activities in the whole province.
Ms. Kim Chi acknowledged the high determination of the Trade Union when setting a target of striving to admit union members to over 98%; Collective Labor Agreements have at least 10 provisions that are more beneficial than the law; pay attention to introducing outstanding union members to the Party for admission consideration....
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 members. Mr. Ho Minh Sang was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Garment and Match Company Limited; Inspection Committee of 3 comrades; elected 4 official delegates, 1 delegate on a non-permanent basis to attend the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
