Hai Phong City Labor Federation opens the 1st Job Fair in 2025

Speaking at the opening of the festival, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation - said that the first Employment Consulting Festival in 2025 was held to create an effective bridge between workers (hijacent soldiers, students) and businesses; contributing to job creation, sustainable labor restructuring, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the city and the country.

Through the festival, the City Labor Federation hopes to support union members, workers, students, demobilized soldiers and freelance workers to access information on the labor market. At the same time, create a multi-dimensional space for connecting management agencies, trade unions and enterprises; promote the role of trade unions in accompanying workers in employment, improving knowledge and professional skills, and building high-quality human resources in the period of industrialization and modernization. Thereby, propagating and mobilizing workers to trust and desire to become union members.

As one of 90 businesses participating in the recruitment at the Festival, Mr. Yun Yong Chun - Deputy General Director of LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. - said that at the job fair, LG Innotek brings diverse job opportunities in all positions, from production workshop, technical management, office staff to senior management positions. The company representative also said that the festival brings opportunities to access the high-quality labor force that businesses are striving to find. Right at the opening ceremony, the City Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances. This is one of the practical activities to welcome the 1st Hai Phong City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031.
