According to the Organizing Committee, how will the "Vietnam Glory" Program contribute to promoting this movement to become substantive?

Answering this question, Mr. Le Quang Tuan - Head of the Emulation Department, Trade Union Affairs Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - said that immediately after the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized the launch of an emulation movement called "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income".

This is a new movement but built on the foundation of the emulation movements "Good Labor", "Creative Labor" implemented by the Trade Union organization for nearly 40 years. However, the movement will be developed in a new form. Right from its name, the movement has shown the combination of three components including: good labor associated with high productivity and a very important component that workers all desire, which is good income.

According to Mr. Le Quang Tuan, in the process of implementing the movement, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has coordinated with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to expand the participation of target groups. If other emulation movements of the Trade Union organization mainly target workers, civil servants, laborers, trade union officials and Trade Union levels, this movement has a very special point of having the participation of employers. This is a very important factor.

Second point, this is a movement identified by the Standing Committee of the General Confederation as the most important and consistent movement of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the period 2026-2031. The movement also immediately responded to the emulation movement launched by the Prime Minister, with the determination to implement the goal of sustainable development and double-digit growth," said Mr. Le Quang Tuan.

Currently, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is implementing guiding contents to Trade Union levels to organize the implementation of the movement in the spirit of ensuring efficiency, publicity, and transparency in evaluation work, as well as in each step of the implementation process. Through this, the movement will clearly demonstrate the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in connecting workers with employers.

According to Mr. Le Quang Tuan, the Vinh Quang Vietnam Program is also a program that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor expects and assigns Lao Dong Newspaper to continue to implement on the basis of initiatives and organizations over the past 22 years. The program will contribute to honoring, replicating and spreading typical advanced examples.

What message does the organizing committee want to send through the diversity of the typical examples honored?

In fact, in the past 22 years, the Vinh quang Vietnam Program has not honored any young individuals or startups. However, that does not mean that the program organizers do not care about this field.

“We have noted this issue. Therefore, in the criteria for selecting individuals, collectives or individuals to be honored at the Vinh quang Vietnam Program, there are criteria for individuals and collectives who are capable of creating inspiration and motivation; being awarded certificates of merit by the Government or being rewarded unexpectedly from the Government level upwards. These cases can all be considered for inclusion in the list of honors,” Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien said.

According to the Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper, at the next Vinh Quang Viet Nam events, this criterion will continue to be maintained. If there are individuals, collectives or individual startups that achieve particularly outstanding achievements and are awarded certificates of merit from the Prime Minister's level or higher, the Organizing Committee will consider selecting them for honor.

Over 70 years of construction and growth, Factory Z111 is one of the core defense industry facilities of the General Department of National Defense Industry, performing the task of researching, producing, repairing, and ensuring weapons and technical equipment for the Army. Throughout the development process, the unit has always focused on applying science and technology, improving productivity and product quality; building a civilized working environment, caring for the lives of workers and actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Those results have been recognized by the Party, State, Army and levels and sectors with many noble awards. In 2025 alone, Factory Z111 was honored to be awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense; recognized as a Party Committee that excellently completed its tasks, a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and typical unit.

In particular, the factory was awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces by the President. This is the third time the unit has been awarded the title of Hero, including: Hero of the People's Armed Forces in 1970 and 2025; Hero of Labor in the renovation period in 2004.

In addition, Factory Z111 was awarded 3 Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of National Defense for outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement in the period 2020 - 2025; implementing the Democracy Regulations at the grassroots level in the Army; building militia and self-defense forces, contributing to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.

The unit was also awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for its outstanding achievements in caring for the lives of workers and was awarded the title "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers"; awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in production and business, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

These achievements and noble rewards are not only the pride of the collective of officials, employees, and workers of Factory Z111, but also recognition of the persistent contributions of many generations who have devoted their whole heart to the cause of building Vietnam's defense industry.

We understand that glory is not a destination but a starting point for greater responsibilities. Speaking at the press conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Phuong - Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music said that the Vietnam National Academy of Music has just celebrated its 70th anniversary of establishment.

Over the past 70 years, the Academy has always been a leading unit in academic music training for the country, contributing many famous artists to the country's music industry. The Vinh Quang Vietnam program was born in 2004, and by the end of 2025, there had been a total of 313 collectives and individuals honored.
