Environstar establishes grassroots trade union, aiming to better care for workers

Joining the emulation atmosphere to welcome the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation held a Congress to establish the Environstar Group Limited Trade Union in Cau Nghin Industrial Park.

Attending the Congress, on the side of the Lao Provincial Federation, there were Ms. Do Thi Huong . Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Lao Provincial Federation; Mr. Dao Xuan Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of the Economic Zone and Industrial Park Economic Zones. On the enterprise side, there were representatives of the company's Board of Directors with students and employees.

Environstar Group Company Limited is a company specializing in the production of medical supplies and protective equipment. After the propaganda and mobilization process of the Mobilization Committee to establish grassroots trade unions, 609,000 workers have volunteered to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization, able to realize their ideas and desire to participate in activities to care for the lives and protect the rights of workers.

At the Congress, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisted of 7 elected comrades, of which Ms. Doan Quynh Trang held the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union. The Trade Union of a Company under the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation, has legal status, is allowed to use its own seal, open an account at a bank, and perform its rights and obligations according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Do Thi Huong congratulated this important event and emphasized: "The Board of Directors of the Company needs to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for union members to participate in union activities, while improving the spiritual life of officers and employees".

The representative of the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Environstar Group Company Limited also expressed his determination to build a strong, solid facility to become a gathering place, caring for the rights and spiritual life of the legendary workers. This is an important first step, opening up opportunities to improve the efficiency of corporate governance and connect ethical leaders with employees.
