Trade union deploys survey of employee happiness and satisfaction index

VNPT Trade Union has just had a working session with the Advisory Council to implement the 2026 Happiness Index and Satisfaction Index survey plan.

According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), the focus of the survey is to measure two core indicators: the VNPT Employee Happiness Index (VNPT-EHI) and the satisfaction index of union members and employees with grassroots trade unions (VNPT-USI).

The Advisory Council has the participation of experts and scientists from the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The index system applies the Likert scale (a popular survey method to measure a person's attitude, viewpoint or level of agreement with a specific statement) standardized according to the results of in-depth sociological survey research by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The program will be implemented online on 100% of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
