On November 21, at Long Giang Industrial Park (Tan Phuoc 3 commune, Dong Thap province), the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Apache Vietnam Shoes Company Limited held the 3rd Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with the participation of 160 delegates representing nearly 9,000 union members.

According to the report, in the past term, emulation movements were organized by the Trade Union enthusiastically and practically, creating motivation to successfully complete production and business tasks, maintaining stability and safety. The focus is on the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", ensuring working hours, practicing thrift, the movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful", ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention, organized in the fields of labor, production, study, etc.

The grassroots trade union also encourages 100% of union members, workers and laborers to participate in competitions organized by the company; encourages union members and laborers to promote initiatives and improve techniques, thereby improving productivity and labor quality. The union also focuses on taking care of the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers. The average income is 7,950,000 VND/person/month.

Visiting activities, hardship subsidies, holidays, and gift giving activities during holidays and Tet are maintained regularly with a total amount of more than 13 billion VND. Every year, over 80% of the Trade Union Group achieves strong results, of which over 20% achieves excellence. During the term, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 2 collective certificates of merit and 16 individual certificates of merit; the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 6 collective certificates of merit and 8 individual certificates of merit; the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, with the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress discussed and agreed on 14 main targets in the new term. Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones - congratulated the achievements of the grassroots trade union in the period of 2023 - 2025 and believed that in the 2025 - 2030 term, the grassroots trade union will continue to promote its advantages and overcome limitations to always be worthy of being the leading unit of the Apache Group.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 9 members; elected 2 delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union. Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Han was elected as President, Mr. Tran Raxin was elected as Vice President, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Apache Vietnam Shoes Company Limited for the new term.
