Strongly innovate the organization of the apparatus and methods of operating trade union activities

Attending and giving a speech at the Congress, on behalf of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang praised, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements that the Trade Unions at all levels in Ninh Binh province have achieved. Thereby, contributing to the overall results and achievements of the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities across the country.

President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang assessed that the Political Report of Ninh Binh Trade Union at the Congress clearly stated the outstanding results of Ninh Binh Trade Union in the past term, and also frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings.

President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang noted that in the coming term, Ninh Binh Trade Union needs to pay more attention to the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions, especially in the non-state sector. This is a key, consistent task, of decisive significance to the sustainable development of the Trade Union organization in the coming period.

President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang also suggested that the Congress continue to discuss in depth, propose synchronous and feasible solutions to soon overcome limitations and shortcomings, creating clear changes in the 2025 - 2030 term.

President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang also suggested a number of key contents for the Congress to pay attention to in leading and directing in the coming term, namely, focusing on strongly innovating the organization of the apparatus, methods of leadership and operation of trade union activities; resolutely implementing the task of developing union members, building a strong trade union organization; comprehensively innovating and improving the effectiveness of representation, caring for and protecting workers, taking workers as the center; building a modern workforce, contributing to building a strong Party, government and social foundation; promoting patriotic emulation movements.

To put the Congress Resolution into practice soon, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang suggested that trade unions at all levels in Ninh Binh province need to continue to strongly innovate leadership, direction and implementation methods.

At the same time, promote administrative reform, improve discipline and order. Promote democracy, solidarity and unity; overcome administrative and formal thinking; build a truly strong and effective Trade Union organization under the comprehensive leadership of the Party.
