President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang attends the Ninh Binh Trade Union Congress

Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Ninh Binh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with 216 invited delegates and 399 official delegates representing over 358,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in Ninh Binh province.

With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", at the opening session of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, delegates listened to the report on the results of the first and second sessions; Political report of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee for the 2023 - 2028 term submitted to the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Report on the synthesis of comments on the draft documents of the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031; Report of the Executive Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023 - 2028 term submitted to the Congress.

Report on the synthesis of opinions and recommendations of union members and workers to the Party, State, and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. At the same time, the Decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee and the positions in the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term I, 2025 - 2030 were announced and delegates were appointed to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026 - 2031.
