Improving the effectiveness of labor and salary management

Accordingly, Thong Nhat Coal Company in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ninh province organized a training course on Labor Law to equip and update legal knowledge for staff, contributing to improving the effectiveness of labor management, wages and ensuring legitimate rights of workers.

Participating in the training were 60 trainees who are department staff, workshop directors, staff working in salary and social insurance, economic staff and grassroots union staff throughout the Company.

Students have been provided with and updated with regulations on Labor Contracts, wages, dialogues at the workplace, labor discipline, material liability and policies for occupational accident and disease insurance.

Many opinions, problems, and practical situations from workers and employers were specifically answered by the lecturer. The contents revolving around contract performance, salary payment, disciplinary process, occupational accident insurance policy, occupational disease... were all analyzed and guided in detail. Thereby helping students better grasp the rights, obligations and responsibilities of all parties in labor relations.
