Vocational training associated with labor dispute prevention
Thanh Hoa - The professional training course aims to improve knowledge and skills for grassroots union officials, meeting the requirements of union activities in the new situation.
Day 26. 1, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Production and Trading Trading Company Limited has just organized a 2026 professional training course for 70 grassroots trade union officials to improve operational skills, political courage and efficiency in performing tasks at enterprises.
At the program, students were equipped with knowledge about the organization and role of the Trade Union; the position and tasks of the trade union leader in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers; and at the same time participating in practicing the handling of situations arising in labor relations.
In addition, the training course also updated new regulations of the Labor Code, legal policies related to wages, bonuses, welfare and caring for union members and workers, especially during the Lunar New Year 2026; thereby contributing to preventing labor disputes, building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.
Through the training course, the grassroots union cadres have their knowledge and skills strengthened, contributing to improving the quality of union activities and building a civilized and sustainable working environment.
