Ba Na Commune Trade Union, Da Nang disseminates legal policies to workers
The Trade Union of Ba Na Commune, Da Nang, in coordination with Cam Le Social Insurance, promotes and dialogues directly with workers of Tien Thang Company Limited.
The propaganda session attracted nearly 200 workers and employees of Tien Thang Company Limited to attend.
At the conference, workers were informed by the reporter about the following contents: regimes, rights and obligations of workers related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Update new regulations of labor law; procedures and benefits for insurance regimes; at the same time, instruct employees to proactively protect their rights when participating in labor relations.
Also at the conference, workers directly had a dialogue with Cam Le Social Insurance officers about problems arising in practice related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Through propaganda, the Ba Na Commune Trade Union hopes to not only provide knowledge to workers but also raise awareness, proactively learn about and comply with the law of workers, limit labor disputes, contribute to building harmonious and stable relationships in enterprises.
The Ba Na Commune Trade Union was assigned by the Da Nang City Labor Federation to manage 26 grassroots trade unions under its management in Hoa Vang, Hoa Tien and Ba Na communes, with a total of nearly 2,500 union members.
In recent times, the Ba Na Commune Trade Union has always focused on caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, while strengthening propaganda and dissemination activities on policies and laws.
