Lao Cai Trade Union visits and grasps the situation in industrial parks
Lao Cai - The Provincial Trade Union has just organized a visit to grasp the employment situation and life of workers and laborers in industrial parks in the area.
On January 9, a working delegation led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - President of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, in coordination with the Trade Union Board of industrial parks and economic zones of the province, visited, worked and presented gifts to union members and workers at 4 enterprises in Tang Loong and Dong Pho Moi Industrial Parks.
Specifically, the delegation worked with Vietnam Golden Pho Phosphate Co., Ltd., Latvita International Joint Stock Company, Traphaco Sapa Lao Cai Co., Ltd. and Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Lao Cai Branch.


At the working sessions, the working group listened to business leaders report on the production, business, employment and income of workers in the past time.
Representatives of grassroots trade unions said that they have proactively implemented many activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers; the internal business is basically stable, and labor relations are harmonious.


Recognizing the achieved results, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem highly appreciated the role of grassroots trade unions in accompanying businesses and caring for the legitimate rights of workers.
The Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that grassroots unions continue to closely coordinate with the Board of Directors of enterprises, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members; at the same time, promote emulation movements for production labor, cultural and sports activities to create a healthy playground for workers.


In addition, grassroots trade unions need to maintain two-way information exchanges with higher-level trade unions to promptly receive guidance and support during activities.



On this occasion, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor presented many gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Thereby demonstrating the concern and responsibility of the trade union organization, contributing to encouraging workers to work with peace of mind and stay with the enterprise for a long time.
