Update and adjust information and data on the labor market according to Decree 318

The updating and adjustment of information and data on labor market information is stipulated in Article 20, Decree No. 318/2025/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Employment on labor registration and labor market information system as follows:

1. Information and data in the labor market information system are updated and adjusted from the following sources:

a) Results of adjustment and supplementation of the implementation of administrative and professional procedures of competent state agencies;

b) Propose amendments and supplements to the agency or organization when changing or discovering information and data in the labor market information system that is not complete or accurate;

c) From relevant databases when there are changes.

2. The agencies and organizations specified in Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 18 of this Decree are responsible for updating and adjusting information and data under their management when there are changes or need to be supplemented and notifying the Ministry of Home Affairs for updating
