Vinh Long Trade Union presents 1,269 Tet gifts to workers of Ty Xuan Co., Ltd

On January 27, a working delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) led by Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial LĐLĐ - visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members and workers at Ty Xuan Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, leaders of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 symbolic gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Ty Xuan Co., Ltd., opening a series of activities to care for Tet Nguyen Dan 2026 for union members and workers at the enterprise.

According to the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, during this Tet holiday, the Trade Union will coordinate to present 1,269 Tet gifts to workers and laborers of Ty Xuan Co., Ltd., with a total budget of more than 655 million VND, contributing to encouraging workers to feel secure in their work and celebrate a joyful and warm Tet.

Ty Xuan Co., Ltd. is currently a large-scale enterprise with more than 22,000 workers and laborers working. Maintaining stable jobs and caring for the lives of workers is always concerned by the province and the Trade Union organization, accompanying the enterprise to implement.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh sent warm greetings and New Year greetings to the leadership and employees of Ty Xuan Co., Ltd.; and affirmed that the Trade Union organization will continue to accompany businesses in caring for life, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.

The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the Trade Union will be a solid bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in production and long-term attachment to businesses.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Trung - Deputy General Director of Ty Xuan Co., Ltd., entering 2026, the order situation of the enterprise is forecast to be more positive, creating conditions for the company to stabilize production, maintain jobs and gradually increase income for employees, especially during peak periods.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Trung said that according to the 2026 plan, when orders increase, the company will proactively arrange appropriate production, thereby helping workers have more opportunities to work overtime and improve income. The enterprise always strives to ensure rights and stable income so that employees can feel secure in working and be attached to the company for a long time.
