According to the plan from January 26 to 31, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) focuses on implementing the weekly work program with a focus on taking care of Tet for union members and workers, notably preparing to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" in 2026.

During the working week, units under the Provincial Federation of Labor closely coordinated to carefully prepare the contents of organizing the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" in 2026 at Con Phung Tourism and Trade Services Company Limited.

The program is expected to bring many meaningful and practical activities to share and encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to helping workers celebrate a joyful and warm Tet.

At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to organize delegations to visit and wish a happy New Year to a number of enterprises in three areas in the province. Thereby, grasping the production, business, life and employment situation of workers, promptly encouraging businesses and workers before the New Year.

In addition to the Tet Sum vay program, the Provincial Federation of Labor also implemented a plan to visit businesses and give gifts to union members in poor households, near-poor households, serious illnesses, and people in especially difficult circumstances; at the same time, develop a plan to organize "Union Year's Meal" in 2026, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and sharing among workers.

In addition to taking care of Tet, the Provincial Federation of Labor issued a plan to organize the " Men in the Kitchen" Contest for union members and workers in 2026; synthesized the dossier proposing to reward the topics "Good at public work, good at home work", "Culture and sports" in 2025 and guided the establishment of the Mass Women's Union.

Along with that, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to remind grassroots unions to properly implement the settlement of union financial revenue and expenditure in 2025 on time, while promoting propaganda and mobilization work to develop union members, establish grassroots unions and grassroots unions, contributing to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting workers' rights.
