Vinh Long Labor Union visits and presents gifts to disadvantaged workers at Viet Vuong 3 Company
Vinh Long - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Provincial Trade Union coordinated to visit and give gifts to disadvantaged workers of Viet Vuong 3 Company.
On January 21, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with sectors to organize delegations to visit businesses and give gifts to workers in difficulty at Viet Vuong 3 Trading Company Limited.
Informing the delegation, Mr. Phan Van Trung - Secretary of the Party Cell of Viet Vuong 3 Company - said that the enterprise currently has nearly 1,700 employees, with an average salary of about 8 million VND/worker/month.
According to Mr. Trung, regarding the Tet regime, the company will pay employees a bonus of 1.5 months' salary, along with a gift of about VND 500,000, and pay the full January 2026 salary before Tet.
Business leaders thanked the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches and the Provincial Labor Federation for their attention and support in Trade Union activities, and at the same time reported on the production and business situation in 2025 and the plan for 2026.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - sent wishes for a healthy and peaceful New Year to the company's leaders, union members and workers.
Ms. Kim Chi acknowledged the efforts of the enterprise in developing production, taking care of jobs, income, and giving Tet bonuses to employees, and at the same time appreciated the attachment and efforts of workers.
The Provincial Federation of Labor wished the enterprise to develop more and more sustainably, maintain prestige and brand in the market; wished union members, workers and their families a warm and safe Tet.
At the visit, the working delegation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, demonstrating the timely concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization during Tet.
