The Trade Union of Kanaan Bao Loc Co., Ltd. donates necessities to more than 1,200 workers

On October 7, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Trang - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Kanaan Bao Loc Company Limited (Loc Son Industrial Park, Lam Dong) - said that the unit had just given more than 1,200 gifts of necessities to all workers.

Each gift includes a 5-liter can of cooking oil and a box of instant noodles, taken from the Fair Trade brand's funding support, to care for the welfare and improve the lives of workers.

According to Ms. Trang, the union coordinated with the company's Board of Directors to receive, manage and use this money transparently and for the right purpose. Every quarter, workers are given gifts in the form of cash or necessities, depending on the content discussed and agreed upon by the collective.

The Trade Union and the Board of Directors always strive to improve workers' lives, hoping that they will stick together, build a united, stable and sustainable working environment, Ms. Trang emphasized.

Ms. Ka Siang - a sewing line worker - said she was satisfied to work here, with a stable job and an income of 6.5 - 8 million VND/month.

In addition, the union and the Board of Directors also care about the spiritual life of workers through gift-giving activities on holidays, Tet, and birthdays; organizing periodic health check-ups, gynecological examinations, building toilets, and standard Milk Supply and Storage rooms.

Recently, the union has also given moon cakes to all workers. These activities help us improve our lives and give us more motivation to work more productively, Ms. Ka Soc shared.
