2,200 workers and children gathered warmly on the Full Moon Festival Night

On October 5, Tuy Phong Garment Factory Trade Union (Lien Huong Commune, Lam Dong Province) organized a warm and affectionate Mid-Autumn Festival program for union members and children of workers.

The event took place right at the factory with the participation of the Board of Directors, 2,200 union members, workers and 200 children of workers in difficult circumstances.

Each worker was given a Mid-Autumn Festival gift; the children received cakes, lanterns and 100,000 VND in cash.

Mr. Nguyen Hoa - Chairman of the grassroots trade union - said that in addition to the trade union fund, the unit also strongly mobilized donors, with a total cost of more than 210 million VND.

We hope to bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to union members, workers and their families, while creating a forum to connect workers with the factory, Mr. Hoa emphasized.

Participating in "Full Moon Festival Night", Nguyen Duc Thuong (9th grade student), daughter of Nguyen Thi Kim Thao (8th sewing workshop), excitedly shared that this was an unforgettable memory when having fun and experience at her parents' workplace with friends.

Ms. Thuong Thi Be Trang (sewing workshop 6) emotionally said that her husband died early, life was still difficult, and her children suffered many disadvantages.
