Phu Quy Port Trade Union builds a friendly working environment

Phu Quy Port Trade Union is one of 10 grassroots trade unions and trade unions under the Phu Quy Special Zone Trade Union. All 19 workers at the unit are union members, facilitating the union to carry out activities to care for and protect their rights.

In recent years, the Phu Quy Port Trade Union has always represented, accompanied and protected the legitimate rights of union members. On holidays and Tet, the union organizes caring activities, including the Union Meal, creating a space for connection and sharing among union members.

Sports and cultural activities are also encouraged, contributing to building a friendly working environment. Labor relations at the unit are stable, without disputes.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Tam - Chairman of the Phu Quy Special Zone Trade Union - said that the grassroots trade union has innovated the method of operation in accordance with the unit's conditions, improving the quality of union members and the movement of civil servants and workers. Many practical activities have been implemented to care for workers.

During the 2025-2030 term, Ms. Dang Thi Tinh Ngu will continue to be trusted to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Phu Quy Port Grassroots Trade Union.

The Trade Union identifies the focus as improving the quality of union members, innovating activities in a lively and practical direction, maintaining harmonious labor relations and proactively participating in dialogue, protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
