The union takes care of more than 360 workers, with an income of over 10 million VND/month

On January 24, the Trade Union of B'Laofood Company Limited (Loc Son Industrial Park, Lam Dong Province) said that the enterprise specializes in the production, processing and export of agricultural products.

The company has been operating since March 2023, currently providing stable jobs for 367 local workers. All workers are union members. Of which, nearly 50% are ethnic minorities.

It is encouraging that 100% of workers are guided and supported by the union to sign labor contracts, with an average income of over 10 million VND/month. Enterprises do not have to pay wages or social insurance.

The Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union has negotiated with the Board of Directors of the company, signed collective labor agreements with many welfare policies and incentives for union members and workers.

Accordingly, the company increased the value of shift meals from VND 25,000 to VND 28,000/meal; gave bonuses to employees on holidays such as National Day (September 2), Southern Liberation Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1).

Every year, workers are also rewarded with the 13th month salary, periodic health check-ups and sightseeing and traveling at many famous attractions and landscapes.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phung - Chairman of the Trade Union of B'Laofood Company Limited said that the union regularly cares for and supports union members and workers when they are in difficulty, sick, or in trouble; at the same time, organizes cultural, sports activities, exchanges, and gifts on holidays, Tet, and birthdays.

These practical activities contribute to motivating and motivating employees to work more effectively, increasing long-term attachment to the enterprise.
