The union takes care of 250 workers, earning 9 million VND/month

On January 18, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuoc - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vien Son Joint Stock Company (Duc Trong Commune, Lam Dong Province) - said that the enterprise was established in 2006, operating in the field of agricultural product production and processing.

Currently, the company has 250 employees, 100% of whom participate in trade unions, strictly comply with rules and regulations and actively compete in labor production.

According to Mr. Phuoc, the union executive committee always closely coordinates with the board of directors in improving working conditions, taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Employees are allowed to sign a full contract, receive an average salary of about 9 million VND/month, and participate in social insurance according to regulations. The salary, bonus, overtime, allowance regimes; leave, holidays, sick leave and policies for female workers are all implemented promptly and in accordance with the law.

In addition, the company also supports and organizes visits and gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances; maintains welfare activities such as sightseeing, tourism, picnicking, and Gala Dinner on appropriate occasions to encourage and show gratitude to workers.
