In particular, from the proposal of the trade union organization, leaders of Da Nang Telala Co., Ltd. agreed to increase many welfare policies, increasing the income of workers to nearly 8 million VND/month (including allowances, not including overtime).
In addition, this enterprise also supports gasoline for workers in areas far from factories at a rate of 500,000 VND/person/month.
