The average salary of employees in enterprises under the People's Public Security is 12-30 million VND/month

Currently, the People's Public Security Trade Union (CAND) directly manages and directs 87 grassroots trade unions, 7 provincial and municipal police trade unions, general companies and 24,970 union members. Of which, female workers are 7,093, accounting for 35.5%. The structure of the union members has shifted towards concentration in enterprises and public service units of the People's Public Security.

In 2025, the jobs and lives of union members and workers will be stable, many enterprises will have high salaries and incomes. The average salary of union members who are labor contracts in public service enterprises is from 12 - 30 million VND/month. Many enterprises have additional welfare regimes, ensuring the income and life of union members. The number of union members and workers in difficult circumstances is regularly cared for and supported to improve living conditions and reduce difficulties.

The spiritual life of union members and workers in the People's Public Security has been gradually improved. Many cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities are organized with innovative, rich and diverse content, attracting a large number of union members and employees to participate; political awareness, patriotism, trust in the Party, State in the industry and the trade union organization of union members and employees continue to be strengthened.

The activities of trade unions at all levels continue to mark important milestones, spreading and attracting union members, making an important contribution to the implementation of the political tasks of each agency, unit and enterprise in the People's Public Security.

The People's Public Security Trade Union has directed and guided the police trade unions of units, localities, and corporations to implement grassroots democracy regulations, proactively conduct dialogue activities with the leadership committees at the same level, coordinate the organization of labor conferences, sign additional collective labor agreements (the enterprise block maintains the implementation of shift meals for employees at VND 22,000/meal or more).

Participate in recommending the addition and amendment of legal documents to leaders at all levels according to authority on policies related to union members and workers in a more beneficial direction such as leave, welfare allowance, conditions for occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, etc. In 2025, there will be no labor disputes, collective complaints about labor, employment, wages and other policies.
