Ha Long Coal Company organizes dialogue conference on improving productivity and labor safety

The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Huu Dat - Deputy Director of the Company and Mr. Do Van Hung - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.

At the dialogue, the company's leaders informed about the production and business situation in the first 9 months of 2025.

In the first 9 months of the year, the company produced 1.45 million tons of coal, digging 10,776 meters of kilns. The lives of workers continue to receive attention with an average income of more than 22.8 million VND/person/month. As of September 12, 2025, the company has coordinated with Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries College to enroll 152 people, completing the annual plan.

In addition to the efforts of all employees, the team of team leaders plays an important role in production activities, contributing to the overall results of the Company.

The dialogue aims to listen to and answer difficulties and problems in production organization, and at the same time receive opinions to adjust regulations and rules to suit new production conditions, improve efficiency and consensus throughout the Company.

In an open atmosphere, the leaders of the Company and the Trade Union responded to recommendations on the regime, workers' rights, solutions to improve productivity, labor safety and difficulties in production.

The Company's motto is "whatever can be done to improve the working environment and the lives of workers must be done immediately".

In addition to the dialogue section, the program also included cultural exchange activities, democratic flower picking competitions and Karaoke singing with songs praising the homeland, country, Party and Uncle Ho.
