Quang Ninh On September 20, Ha Long Bay Management Board organized the 14th offshore Swimming and first aid tournament - 2025

The swimming competition is divided into 2 subjects: Leaders of units (no age groups) compete in two events: men's 50m freestyle swimming and women's 50m freestyle swimming.

For civil servants, the age groups are divided into 5 groups: Men aged 50 and over, swim 50m freely; Men aged 40 - 49, swim 50m freely; Men aged 30 - 39, swim 100m freely and Women not divided into age groups, swim 50m freely.

In the first aid at sea, each Trade Union of the department established a team of 4 athletes, competing in the following sections: treating drowning victims to board ships, transporting victims from ships to shore, performing artificial breathing using a hot air balloon - sealing the heart outside the chest, applying forceps and fixing the broken leg.
