Dakruco Trade Union supports workers in difficulty, spreads the spirit of mutual support

On November 12, Dakruco Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) said that the grassroots trade union is continuing to visit and support workers in especially difficult circumstances at affiliated farms.

According to the 2025 plan, the company will support 38 workers at the branches, each person with 1 million VND/month for 4 months (from September to December 2025).

The total implementation cost is 152 million VND, taken from the company's welfare fund. In particular, Phu Xuan Farm, where there are many disadvantaged workers, will be given priority for additional resources.

Ms. H'Doi Eban - a worker at Phu Xuan Farm - shared: "I am a near-poor household, have had a congenital heart disease, and have been treated for many years. I was very happy to receive 1 million VND and support gifts. I will use this money to buy some essential items for my family. In the past, many workers in difficult circumstances of the company have received much attention and support from the board of directors and the union to make their lives less miserable".

In addition to the support fund, Dakruco also launched an internal fundraising campaign, calling on staff and workers to voluntarily contribute to increase the level of support for colleagues in difficulty.

The affiliated branches will also coordinate with the grassroots trade unions to visit, give gifts and encourage workers every month, ensuring practical and timely operations, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in enterprises.
