Grassroots trade unions in Hai Phong organize a bus trip to take workers home to celebrate Tet

The buses will be held at 6:00 a.m. on February 14, 2026 (ie December 27) at Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japan Industrial Park - Hai Phong), taking workers back to their hometowns in Bac Giang (Bac Ninh), Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh.

The buses are organized for workers who start working at the company before January 1, 2026 and will continue to work until February 28, 2026 with the desire to return home for Tet. Family members of workers are registered, such as parents, spouses, and children (children under 3 years old are exempted from registration).

The company and the company's trade union will pay 85% of the rental cost (Union 45%, company 40%), the employee will pay the remaining 15%. Accordingly, workers only have to pay 20,000 - 50,000 VND depending on the trip, relatives pay 30,000 - 70,000 VND/person, depending on the trip. In case of having registered but not going, not notifying of cancellation, the vehicle will not be registered to return to the hometown next year.

In case workers have a permanent address in localities at least 150 km from the center of Hai Phong (with supporting documents), the City Labor Federation will support bus tickets with 200,000 VND/ticket.

It is known that this is the 19th year that Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. has organized a bus trip to take workers from far away to their hometowns to celebrate Tet. In 2025, the Company will organize 9 trips to bring nearly 400 workers and their relatives back to their hometowns during Tet.
