Fire prevention and fighting training for 300 workers in Hai Yen Quang Ninh Industrial Park
Quang Ninh Ngan Long Science and Technology Company and Hong Hai Textile and Garment Technology Company have just organized a fire prevention and fighting and rescue training course for nearly 300 students.
The trainees are managers, workers and employees of the two enterprises.
The training course was organized in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police force, taking place at Hai Yen Industrial Park, Mong Cai 3 Ward.
The program aims to equip legal knowledge, practice practical situation handling skills, and raise awareness of proactive fire prevention at production facilities.
With the characteristics of operating in the textile and fiber sector, the environment is at high risk of fire due to the concentration of many flammable materials. Enterprises identify training fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue as a key task to maintain safe and sustainable production.
In the program, the authorities disseminated current legal regulations; clarified the responsibilities of business leaders, safety departments and grassroots fire prevention and fighting forces; guided the identification of fire and explosion risks in production areas, warehouses; control fire sources, heat sources, power systems...
Trainees are instructed to develop escape plans, determine gathering points and safe escape procedures when incidents occur.
Under the guidance of Fire Police officers, trainees practice using fire extinguishers to put out fires; deploy hoses, water supply, and operate a fire hologering system on the walls. Rescue work includes moving victims out of smoke and toxic gas areas, coordinating with groups and providing first aid.
