Cam Duong Trade Union joins hands to build a drug-free environment
Lao Cai - Responding to drug prevention and control activities, trade union organizations have implemented many forms of propaganda to union members, workers and people.
On March 11, information from the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union, in response to drug prevention and control activities launched by the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation and local Party committees and authorities, the unit has implemented many forms of propaganda to raise awareness for union members, workers and people about the harmful effects of drugs on health, family and society.
Propaganda activities are carried out through visual forms such as panels, slogans with the messages "Say no to drugs", "Don't let drugs waste youth"...
Thereby contributing to spreading a healthy lifestyle, building a safe and drug-free working environment and community.
According to the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union, propaganda work has been deployed to 100% of grassroots trade unions. Agencies, units, and businesses in the area have installed 42 panels and slogans.
In addition, many units also take advantage of electronic boards, paste posters and post news and articles on internal information channels, thereby approaching more than 3,000 union members and workers about drug prevention and control content.
Trade union members also actively participate in mobilizing people to raise vigilance, proactively prevent, promptly detect and denounce acts related to drug evils; and jointly build the goal of "Cam Duong Ward without drugs".
These activities contribute to maintaining security and order, building a healthy cultural life in the locality.
In the coming time, Cam Duong Ward Trade Union will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize union members and people to join hands to build a safe living environment and say no to drugs.
