Union members and workers in Quang Ngai are equipped with knowledge of drug prevention and control

On September 20, the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had just organized a conference to propagate drug prevention and control for more than 120 union members and employees of Hoya Lens Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ngai Branch.

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Tan Ninh, Deputy Captain of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police, disseminated the harmful effects of drugs; causes of drug use; sanctions for drug crimes; skills to prevent, protect oneself and the safe working environment against drug dangers.

The conference contributes to raising awareness among union members and workers, helping them proactively stay away from evils, maintain health, and work with peace of mind. This is also one of the activities in the Project to strengthen drug prevention and control for workers in industrial parks and export processing zones for the period 2021-2025 and implement the Drug Prevention and Control Program for the period 2021-2025 in the province.
