Van Don Special Zone Trade Union introduces biographies of National Assembly and People's Council candidates

At the conference, voters who are union members and workers were introduced to a summary biography of 5 National Assembly deputy candidates, 5 provincial People's Council deputy candidates and 50 Van Don Special Zone People's Council deputy candidates for the 2026-2031 term.

The content focuses on the working process, professional qualifications, experience and contributions of each candidate.

The conference received many exchanges and comments from trade union members on the quality and structure of candidates.

Many voters assessed that this year's candidate team ensures standards according to regulations, has professional qualifications, experience and prestige in work.

At the provincial and special zone levels, the candidates are mainly cadres who have grown up from the grassroots level along with young experts with professional qualifications and dynamism.

Many opinions believe that this is a force with sufficient capacity, experience and responsibility to participate in policy making, promote socio-economic development, and improve people's lives.

Concluding the conference, Ms. Le Thi Net - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union - called on trade union members and workers to continue to carefully study the biographies of candidates, promote the responsibility of voters, and participate in voting on March 15, 2026 to select typical delegates, representing the will and aspirations of the people.
