Ms. Huynh Ut Muoi - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation, born in 1979, native of Tan Hung commune, Ca Mau province, has a qualification: Bachelor of Economic Management, Master of Economic Law; Political Theory: Advanced.

Ms. Huynh Ut Muoi with professional qualifications, political theory and practical work experience, dedication, always shows a high sense of responsibility and dedication to the common work.

With many years of working in the Trade Union organization and the Fatherland Front, Ms. Muoi has constantly strived to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, workers and people; contributing to building the great unity bloc and developing Ca Mau province to become increasingly civilized and compassionate.

Ms. Huynh Ut Muoi was trusted and introduced to run for election as a delegate of the People's Council of Ca Mau province for the term 2026 - 2031, constituency No. 3 (Thoi Binh commune, Ho Thi Ky commune, Tan Loc commune, Tri Phai commune).
