Can Tho Trade Union has 2 candidates for National Assembly Deputy and 2 candidates for City People's Council

Can Tho City Trade Union is honored to have 2 comrades introduced to run for election as delegates of the City People's Council (HĐND), term 2026-2031 and 2 comrades introduced to run for election as delegates of the 16th National Assembly, term 2026-2031. The candidates all have professional qualifications, political theory and practical experience.

Comrade Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the city, Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation. Comrade holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Bachelor of Administration, Bachelor of English Language, Senior Political Theory. Comrade is running for election as a delegate of the Can Tho City People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, constituency No. 3 (Binh Thuy, Long Tuyen and Thoi An Dong wards).

With many years of working in the Trade Union organization and the Fatherland Front, he constantly strives to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; contributing to building the great unity bloc and developing Can Tho City to become increasingly civilized and compassionate.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Kieu - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee (agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City) - has a university degree in English, advanced political theory. The comrade is a candidate for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, term 2026 - 2031, constituency No. 1 (Hung Phu, Cai Rang, An Binh, Tan An, Ninh Kieu, Cai Khe, Binh Thuy, Long Tuyen, Thoi An Dong, Phuoc Thoi, O Mon, Thoi Long wards and Truong Thanh, Truong Long, Phong Dien, Nhon Ai communes).

Comrade Vo Hoang Khanh - specialist of the Trade Union Affairs Committee - holds a university degree in Industrial Management, intermediate political theory. Comrade is a candidate for delegate to the Can Tho City People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, constituency No. 1 (Hung Phu, Cai Rang and An Binh wards). Comrade always shows a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and desires to make practical contributions to union members and workers.

Comrade Pham Kieu Diem - Vice Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Can Tho Newspaper and Radio - Television, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Radio Department - holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, University of English and a Master of Journalism, senior political theory. Comrade is a candidate for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, term 2026 - 2031, constituency No. 5 (Nga Nam, My Quoi, Vinh Phuoc, Vinh Chau wards and My Huong, My Tu, Long Hung, My Phuoc, Tan Long, Vinh Loi, Phu Loc, Lam Tan, Gia Hoa, Nhu Gia, Hoa Tu, Ngoc To, Thanh Thoi An, Lai Hoa, Vinh Hai communes).
