Current land law has specifically stipulated the issuance of Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for the first time to households and individuals who are using land in Articles 137, 138, 139 and 140 of the Land Law.

Therefore, regarding the issuance of Certificates according to the provisions of law, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests you to contact the competent authority in the locality for guidance on implementation based on documents, management records and enforcement documents that have been issued.
