Viet Tri spends nearly 400 billion VND to build a road connecting Thuy Van Industrial Park

The project to build the road from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang Street, Viet Tri City was approved by the City People's Committee from the end of 2024 under Decision No. 4089/QD-UBND.

This is a Group B project with a total approved investment of nearly 396 billion VND. The Viet Tri City Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board is assigned to be the representative investor of this project.

On April 10, the investor issued a notice of bidding for Package No. 13: Construction and installation of the above project at a price of more than 344 billion VND; the bid closing time is on April 29.

In the coming time, after the contractor selection results are approved, the contractor will deploy the construction of a road with a total length of more than 4.5 km, passing through the communes of Thuy Van, Thanh Dinh and Chu Hoa of Viet Tri city.

According to the design, the route starts at the intersection with Truong Chinh Street, Thuy Van Industrial Park; the end point (Km4+543.04) is at the intersection of the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang (parallel to the two above routes).

It can be seen that the starting point of the project route connects to the main road through Thuy Van Industrial Park, where many large factories and a large number of workers are concentrated.

When the road is completed, this starting point will become a place to " Welcoming" thousands of workers in Thanh Dinh, Chu Hoa communes and neighboring communes and towns in Lam Thao district to leave for work every day.

According to observations, the section passing through Thuy Van and Chu Hoa communes (the first and last sections) has many agricultural land areas, with the section passing through Thanh Dinh commune having quite a large population.

According to the project documents, the road is built with the goal of completing the inter-district traffic framework system in the southwest of the city; ensuring a complete, synchronous, modern transport infrastructure; meeting traffic needs and serving production and trade in the economy, connecting the regional transport network, minimizing environmental pollution, ensuring traffic safety, environmental landscape, contributing to the stability and development of the socio-economic and cultural development of Viet Tri City.
