The National Assembly Standing Committee gives opinions on personnel work

According to the program, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law on Digital Transformation and the draft Law on High Technology (amended).

The Minister of Science and Technology presented the basic contents of the two draft laws mentioned above. Then the representative of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented a summary of the inspection report, proposing issues that need the National Assembly to focus on discussing.

The National Assembly Standing Committee also gave opinions on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management.

The Minister of Finance presented the basic content of the draft. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee briefly presented the review report, proposing issues that need to be discussed by the National Assembly.

Also at the 50th Session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law on Construction (amended).

The Minister of Construction presented the basic content of the draft. The Standing Representative of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented a summary of the review report, proposing issues that need to be discussed by the National Assembly.

According to the proposed program, on the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and approve the Resolution guiding the determination of the expected structure, composition and allocation of the number of people recommended to run for People's Council delegates at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

At the same time, consider and approve the Resolution regulating the number of Vice Chairmen of the People's Councils, Deputy Heads of Committees of People's Councils at the provincial and commune levels and the arrangement of People's Council delegates at the provincial and commune levels to work full-time.

On the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give its opinion on personnel work according to its authority.
