The new Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee signed a series of provincial-level personnel decisions

Accordingly, on October 6, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued Decision No. 3226/QD-UBND, receiving and appointing Mr. Le Trong Thu - Secretary of the Party Committee of Sam Son ward for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of the People's Council of Sam Son ward for the 2021-2026 term, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Thanh Hoa province.

On the same day, in Decision No. 3219/QD-UBND, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee transferred and appointed Mr. Le Van Tien - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thanh Hoa province.

According to Decision No. 3221/QD-UBND, Mr. Nguyen Huy Phuong - Vice Principal of Nghi Son Vocational College, was appointed as Principal of the school.

In Decision No. 3225/QD-UBND, the Provincial People's Committee received and appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Hop - Secretary of the Nga Son Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of the Nga Son Commune People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Thanh Hoa province.

In addition, according to Decision No. 3229/QD-UBND dated October 7, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee reappointed Mr. Dinh Quang Thach to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Dong Son Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The above personnel decisions are an urgent step, demonstrating the spirit of innovation and stability of the administrative apparatus immediately after Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh took on the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, in order to strengthen the team of management staff, creating a foundation for the effective implementation of socio-economic development goals for the period 2025-2030.

Previously, on the morning of September 17, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision to assign and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

On the same afternoon, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh was appointed by the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee with a 100% approval rating.
