On the afternoon of August 10, in the capital Seoul, General Secretary To Lam and his wife attended the inauguration ceremony of the monument to President Ho Chi Minh at the Vietnamese Embassy.
Immediately after arriving in Seoul on the afternoon of August 10, starting a state visit to South Korea at the invitation of South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, General Secretary To Lam and his wife along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation had a busy schedule.
General Secretary To Lam met with members of the Vietnam Innovation Network in Korea; met with Korean friends and attended the inauguration ceremony of President Ho Chi Minh's monument at the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea.
