General Secretary To Lam and Party and State leaders met with revolutionary veterans and former members of the Party Central Committee of all periods.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2, this morning (August 18), in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam chaired a meeting with revolutionary veterans, former members of the Party Central Committee of all periods, former leaders of Party Committees and agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central socio-political organizations.
Also attending were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and former Politburo members: former President Truong Tan Sang, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
Attending the meeting were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Politburo members, Secretariat members, Party Central Committee members, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State through the periods.
