Temporarily handing over 4,396 positions in the political system of An Giang province

The Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 165-QD/TU, dated January 13, 2026, on the temporary transfer of staff in the province's political system in 2026.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee temporarily assigns staff to agencies and public service units of the Party and the Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations) at the provincial and commune levels. The number of temporary positions cannot be deducted from the number of policy-ased positions according to Decrees No. 177/2024/ND-CP, 178/2024/ND-CP and 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government. The total number of positions assigned at the provincial and commune levels according to this decision is 4,396 positions, of which 905 are assigned to the provincial and commune levels and 3,491 are assigned to the commune level.

At the provincial level, the total number of temporary positions assigned is 905 positions, including the assisting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, affiliated Party Committees in the province, public service units under the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Agency and provincial socio-political organizations (including public service units and 18 mass organizations).

At the commune level, the total number of temporary positions assigned is 3,491 positions (2,173 people for the Party, 1,318 people for the mass organizations).
