On April 10, the leader of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province said that after the organizational arrangement according to Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee, the locality has reduced a number of cadres, civil servants and public employees.
Before the arrangement, in specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Quang Tri province (Department level and equivalent), there were 23 leaders who were heads, after the arrangement there were 17 leaders (down 26.1%); the number of deputy leaders decreased from 63 to 58 leaders.
For leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent under the Department, the number of heads decreased from 117 to 101; the number of deputy heads increased from 118 to 121 leaders. The reason for the increase in the number of deputy heads who are leaders, managers at the department level and equivalent is because the number of heads appointed to the deputy level is higher than the number of people quitting their jobs.
For civil servants under specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Committee, before the arrangement, there were 453 people, after the arrangement, there were 436 people; contracted workers from 84 before the arrangement were reduced to 81 people after the arrangement.
As for the leaders of the district-level People's Committees, the heads and deputy heads before and after the arrangement will remain the same. Only specialized agencies under the district are at the department level and equivalent have reduced. For example, the number of leaders before the arrangement was 109 people, after the arrangement was 99 people; the number of deputy heads from 154 people after the arrangement was 142 people...
Mr. Ha Sy Dong - Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province said that the province has resolved the regime and policies for 95 people affected by the arrangement and organization of the apparatus according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province, currently, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who submitted petitions and wished to resign during the process of arranging and organizing a apparatus larger than the number have been resolved by the People's Committee of Quang Tri province according to the above regimes and policies.
"We are reviewing the wishes of each case, if the subjects are correct, we will submit to the People's Committee of Quang Tri province for consideration. In addition, the Department of Home Affairs has sent a document to relevant agencies and units requesting a review and list of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who have registered to retire during the process of restructuring the apparatus to promptly propose solutions, thereby developing a reasonable plan for arranging and arranging cadres, civil servants, and public employees" - the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province informed.
