Nha Trang Ward in Khanh Hoa resolves death registration on all holidays and holidays

On December 28, the People's Committee of Nha Trang Ward (Khanh Hoa Province) said that in order to meet the actual needs of the people and ensure that the registration of deaths is carried out promptly in urgent and emergency cases, the ward has deployed the reception and processing of death registration documents outside of working hours.

According to the announcement, death registration procedures are received and resolved on all days of the week, regardless of working day or day off.

People can apply on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Tet according to State regulations, as well as outside of working hours when required urgently.

The location for receiving documents is at the headquarters of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, No. 42 Le Thanh Ton. To facilitate unexpected situations, the ward arranges direct contact points such as the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and the Chief of Office of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee.

Nha Trang ward was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Van Thanh, Loc Tho, Vinh Nguyen, Tan Tien and Phuoc Hoa wards.

After the merger, the ward has a population of 136,118 people, a natural area of 47.12km2 - the largest of the 4 new wards.

The headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of the ward and the Public Administration Service Center is located at 42 Le Thanh Ton (the old headquarters of the Nha Trang City People's Committee). The headquarters of the Ward Party Committee is located at 05 Quang Trung (headquarters of the old Nha Trang City Inter- really Area and Associations).

According to the leader of Nha Trang ward, receiving death registration documents outside of working hours is a practical solution, helping to reduce difficulties for people, especially in funeral situations that require urgent settlement of administrative procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
