Serving delegates attending the 14th Congress absolutely do not let negligence occur

On the afternoon of January 19, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - inspected the preparation of accommodation and dining places for delegates attending the 14th National Party Congress at the Military Hotel (Hanoi).

Directly inspecting the conditions to ensure the service of delegates, from the dining and living areas to the room system, General Phan Van Giang requested relevant agencies and units to continue to carefully review each stage, ensuring thoughtfulness, safety, convenience, creating the best conditions for delegates to rest and maintain their health throughout their time attending the Congress.

The Minister of National Defense also visited and encouraged guest delegates attending the 14th Congress who were staying at the hotel; grasped the living conditions, accommodation, and legitimate needs of delegates to promptly direct the adjustment and supplementation of the contents that need to be improved.

Along with inspecting the facilities, Minister Phan Van Giang also inspected the organization and work of the forces serving at the hotel.

Minister Phan Van Giang requested forces to strictly maintain the duty regime, closely coordinate between departments, flexibly and promptly handle arising situations, absolutely not to let negligence happen even to the smallest.

Also on the afternoon of January 19, General Phan Van Giang inspected the working headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense's archives Center.

Here, the Minister of National Defense inspected the workplaces of officers and employees; listened to reports on the plan for arranging and arranging working spaces and facilities.

General Phan Van Giang requested the Center to continue reviewing and perfecting the plan for arranging and arranging the workplace in a scientific, neat and suitable manner, in accordance with functions and tasks; focusing on ensuring absolute safety for the archival document system.

General Phan Van Giang also noted that in the context of the entire army focusing highly on the work of serving the 14th National Party Congress, each agency and unit needs to promote the highest sense of responsibility, proactively prepare carefully for the assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
